With its ruling dated May 12, 1998 (Az 312 O 85/98) the Hamburg district court concluded that website owners are also responsible for the content of hyperlinked websites. According to the Hamburg court, such liability can be avoided only if website owners expressly disassociate themselves from the content accessible via links on their site. On several different pages of this website, the Hessen State Ministry of Higher Education, Research and the Arts (Hessische Ministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst) provides links to other websites. Hochschule Darmstadt therefore expressly disavows any responsibility for any and all hyperlinked content. Hochschule Darmstadt has no influence on the design/content of these third-party websites and likely has no knowledge of any changes made to these sites, including any new content added or removed. Please inform Hochschule Darmstadt immediately if you encounter inappropriate or otherwise questionable content via the hyperlinks found on this site. This disclaimer applies to all links on this website.
Hochschule Darmstadt makes every effort to ensure that all content and links contained on this website remain accurate and up to date. However, all information and links are provided for general information purposes only and are expressly not intended as business advice, legal counsel or to provide any other such service. Laws and other regulations are only valid and applicable in their current form as published in the corresponding official law and ordinance gazette (in particular for the state of Hesse).
Due to the use of different Internet browsers and individual software settings, the content and layout of this website might appear differently than originally intended.
