Mental Health

While a university education offers many chances and opportunities, for students it is also a very demanding stage of life that often brings with it major changes and stress. Sometimes the situation can simply become overwhelming as problems grow and appear impossible to handle. Confidential discussions led by professional counselors can help open up new perspectives and develop productive approaches to personal challenges

Studying is a period of life that demands a lot from students and can be very stressful. The Studentenwerk Darmstadt and other institutions will support you if you need help in solving problems - no matter if it is difficulties in studying, relationship conflicts, mental illness, addiction or anything else.

The Caritasverband Darmstadt e.V. provides advice and support for personal, social, socio-legal and financial problems. Further information is available on the website https://www.caritas-darmstadt.de/caritasvorort/darmstadt/allgemeine-lebensberatung/allgemeine-lebensberatung.
